GridNode
CrimsonLogic acquired GridNode February, 2009 and was a strategic decision to strengthen CrimsonLogic’s strength and product offering in the Business-to-Business (B2B) space. A leading provider of B2B integration solutions and managed platforms, GridNode’s solutions are based on industry standards including RosettaNet, AS/2 and Web Services. They complement CrimsonLogic’s existing portfolio to provide a complete suite of software and services for end-to-end electronic trade management solutions, facilitating businesses in their B2B and business-to-government (B2G) trade communication, coordination and collaboration, resulting in significant cost and time savings.
What is GridNode
GridNode offers trading partner data collaboration systems, improving communication across multiple standards and multiple companies. GridNode uses open B2B integration standards, which means that it can interoperate with all other systems that accept the same data that are commonly-used industry standards.
GridNode allows for a broad spectrum of B2B readiness among different trading partners all on a single platform, whether they are B2B frontrunners or traditional setups with little or no Internet experience. Having one system allows for lower running costs, as compared to having a complex multi-faceted system catering to many different tiers of capabilities, and also greatly speeds up the adoption rate by trading partners.
GridTalk
GridTalk enables your trade partners to exchange business documents, automate workflows and synchronize shared data directly with multiple business partners in real-time, reliably, efficiently, and securely.
GridTalk provides end-to-end delivery of business documents providing the following benefits:
- Ownership and control over your data
- Faster access to your data as data resides locally within your company rather than with a third-party
- Enables real-time integration with your back-end system thus allowing you to work with your back-end system as a single and unified interface
GridLite
GridLite allows businesses to participate as spokes in an on-line ‘hub & spokes’ community. Strategically placed in between a hub and its spokes is an intermediary host called GridMaster (hosted by GridNode). GridMaster activates and maintains community-defined processes and templates.

GridMapper
GridMapper gives essential data translation capabilities using a drag-and-drop graphical user interface.
GridMapper provides users with the ability to define the structure of a document and to map data from one format to another. These tools are based on Extensible Markup Language (XML) and related standards, such as Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) Transformation (XSLT).
Using GridMapper, users can create specifications that are based on industry standards and common schemas, or create specifications that are unique to their organization. Users can create a map and then share it within their own organization or with their trading partners.
